Privacy Policy

Prism is operated by Shamdi Apps, LLC ("we", "us", "our"). Prism stores your personal health data — including your profile, lab results, supplements, sleep data, cycle data, chat history, and learnings — locally in your web browser using IndexedDB. We do not store your health data on our servers. Our servers are stateless with respect to your health information.

When you use Prism's AI features (health checks, quick chats, lab parsing, sleep insights), your health data is sent to our server in real-time so it can be forwarded to our AI provider to generate a response.

• Transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS)
• Not stored or logged on our servers
• Not used to train AI models
• Processed only to generate your response, then discarded

Prism uses Venice AI to generate responses. Venice AI is selected specifically for its privacy-focused approach to AI inference. When you interact with Prism's AI features, your health context is sent to Venice AI's API.

We use PostHog, a privacy-focused analytics platform, to understand how people use Prism's features — page views, feature adoption, and subscription lifecycle events. Analytics requests are routed through our subdomain (f.prismvitals.com) rather than third-party domains. Your email is used to identify your account in our analytics dashboard. We never track the content of your health data through analytics. Only metadata is collected: event names, feature usage counts, and timestamps.

Since your health data lives entirely in your browser, you have full control over it.

• Delete: Clearing your browser data or using the in-app delete function removes your health data permanently
• Privacy: Your health data is yours — we never store it on our servers

Prism is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
