Prism is operated by Shamdi Apps, LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using Prism ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Prism is an AI-powered health information tool that helps users organize and reflect on their health data, including lab results, supplement regimens, sleep data, and other wellness metrics. Prism uses third-party AI models to generate educational health content. Prism is not a medical service.

THE SERVICE DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE. All content generated by Prism is for informational and educational purposes only. Prism is not a licensed healthcare provider. No doctor-patient or therapist-patient relationship is created by use of the Service. You must consult qualified healthcare professionals before making any health-related decisions.

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You will not rely on Prism as a substitute for professional medical advice
• You are solely responsible for your health decisions
• You will independently verify AI-generated information before acting on it
• You will not use the Service for medical emergencies
• Any data you enter is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• You will not use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws

Your health data is stored locally in your web browser using IndexedDB. Your health data is not transmitted to or stored on Prism's servers. When using AI features, your data is sent to third-party AI providers to generate responses. This data is transmitted in real-time and is not stored by Prism's servers. Prism offers a 14-day free trial with a valid payment method required at signup. After the trial period, your subscription automatically converts to a paid plan at $20 per month. Your subscription renews automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Cancelled accounts enter read-only mode: your data remains accessible, but AI features are disabled. If a payment fails, your account enters read-only mode until your payment method is updated. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

Content generated by the Service is produced by third-party artificial intelligence models. This content:

• May contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions
• May not be appropriate for your specific health situation
• Should not be treated as factual without independent verification
• May change over time as AI models are updated
• Does not represent the opinions or recommendations of Prism's creators

YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. You understand that health-related decisions carry inherent risks and that AI-generated information may be inaccurate or inappropriate for your circumstances. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with your use of information obtained through the Service.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Shamdi Apps, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PERSONAL INJURY OR ADVERSE HEALTH OUTCOMES, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUE, OR EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. IN NO EVENT SHALL TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Shamdi Apps, LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your health decisions made using information from the Service.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You agree to waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in class action lawsuits.

Shamdi Apps, LLC may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.

Shamdi Apps, LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
